i've tried my amp with both guitars(one has passive, the other has active PU's) and i get the same result. its a Marshall dsl 50 with el34's in the power section. i'm sure the bias isn't tweeked to perfection but it hasn't changed since i got the amp and the tone has. its distorting on the clean cha...

wtf is wrong with my amp
symptoms: it seems to be distorting in a bad way, not in a goodway. for instance, i hit the clean channel, gain is on 2 and it feels like its on 8. with the distortion channel, again its distorting, but in a bad way. i hope its the power tubes therefore i can put new ones in. 1 more question, zakk a...
