You're probably rebelling against lots of stuff you haven't heard. How many bands listed have you actually heard? I haven't heard of a lot but I'd imagine there are bands playing you could get into. It's easy to ignore bands from their name or classification alone. Sabbat are good old thrash for example. Do you just assume 2/4 track recorders when it comes to black metal? Just check out some stuff before slamming down loads of bands. You might actually like some of it. There are catchy bands with thrashy riffs!Baby Selwyn wrote:Suffocation and Sodom are the only good bands on that list. Oh there I go again, rebelling against metal.

Panterachat get your metal pestilence. Arbuckle hospital. Iron from 1920s. Aheels. Seals hockey. Evan lysacek personal life. Bbb certified at home ...
I'd much, much rather be at Inferno than Wacken. I'd give anything to see Primordial, they're amazing. An acquaintance of mine has been trying to bring them out but they're a little diva-ish and he can't afford their requests, which sucks. Primordial would be the pick out of all of those bands.
Immortal would be awesome to see as well, what's the go with them reforming? I've not really followed them, but are they going to stay together or is this just temporary?
Who are the Norwegian Metal All-Stars?
Zyklon, Moonspell, Anaal Nathrakh and Dodheimsgard would be the others I wouldn't miss.
The rest I don't know of/haven't listened to/don't care.
Except for Tiamat, who don't deserve to be booked anywhere.

Inevitably anyone with an independent mind must become "one who resists or opposes authority or established conventions": a rebel. If enough people come to agree with, and follow, the Rebel, we now have a Devil.
