Does anyone else just fucking adore the guitar solos on this album. Some of Dmies best guitarwork on there. Who cares if its a bit glam ey?

Yeah, it's great. Especially the title track and Onward We Rock.

I belive dime might have drawn the cover. Dime was good at drawing i've heard. Also projects wasn't the greatest drawing, and i dont think they would have paid anyone to draw that... so dime probably drew that as well.

80's metal artwork ruled. If you look at a lot of album covers now a days it's just the generic psuedo-artsy nonesense like a man sitting in a field with an anvil for a head. Just photoshopped. I am the Night is a cool cover and looks more professional than Projects, which was a good drawing/painting, but looked kinda amateurish. (Not a bad cover concept, though.)
Artwork can be almost as important as the tunes themselves. It also kinda gives you an impression of the sound they were going for.
Did you buy it when it was released? There's one going for $275 on ebay. It is authographed, though.
Yeh man, it was on my -4th birthday. Best purchase made by a cell undergoing miosis ever.

I think the only official releases were vinyl and cassette. Anyway, that's nice find if you tracked down a vinyl copy.
I said shut up.

All I have to say is that Far Beyond Driven is easily the coolest cover art of any Pantera album.
