1st off... I know jackson has a few custom shop axes,and it is an option on their qoute forum for painted pickups.
Will a light coat of laquer on an EMG would rape the pickups tone.
I probably wont even try it because those type of guitars are probably just for show if my assumptions are correct.

Has anyone here ever used a Kahler Spyder bridge? I bought one 3 years back and threw it in a LTD M-2 after modding the cavity,
but took it out because the guitar was beat to shit and thought i should just save it for something better.

If you have used one, What did you think of it?

unless paint has magnetic shit in it, it shoudl be alright.
they wax pickups, so i dont see why paint would be much different.maybe.
