Philadelphia, and members from my band have opened for Sebastian Bach, Yngwie Malmsteen, George Lynch and Johnny Winter. I have opened for Dizzy Reeds (of GnR fame) side project "Hookers and Blow"
I've hung out with Billy Childs from Britney Fox and Mike Tramp from White Lion.

The funny thing is that I had no idea who he opened for or even IF he opened for hacks. Yet, there he is rattling off his memorized list of C-listers like a knee-jerk reflex. Fucking sad.

Post some original music. I have opened for plenty of second-wind schlock rockers like the Gin Blossoms and Molly Hatchet and it is not something I'm proud of, so that kind of shit doesn't impress anyone, especially here. Put your mp3 where your mouth is.

I play originals but didn't write them, so it's not my place to post them.
If my singer and guiatrist want to they can.

I play in a cover band too, it gets me regular gigs and they pay.
I know that cover bands are shit, but at least I'm playing. Gives us a chance to play some originals. Bottom line, I wont be quitting my day job to do either full time, so what fucking difference does it make.
