Some Suggestions On Which Guitar To Buy?

The backplates join together which leads me to believe it's one giant shared cavity for both of them, and I'd imagine that isn't doing much for your sustain.

My bass is supposed to be Transparent Black, but no matter what light it's under it's just black.

I was wondering if anyone here has used those EMG-Hum Z Pups before. I read that they are like the 81's just not active, which in turn makes me think they aren't like the 81's at all and will sound like doodoo. Just wondering if someone here had a review for them.

Well, it came in yesteday, it is surprisingly well constructed. I guess the sweat shop was on a good day.
Anyway, I need to change to a lighet gauge string and get rig of these pickups with some seymour duncans and it should be a pretty good little axe. The floyd doesnt go out of tune too quickly on it either, added bonus.
