I'm playing drums in this emo type acoustic rock band called Diaries of You. The guitarist is a close friend of mine so he asked if I would join, and i havn't gotten much action these days so I was happy to join. I'm really pissed off that they're recording without me right now.. another close bud of mine which happens to be a drummer happened to be with them so they decided to have him record it. So i might get layed off which is pretty fucking annoying.. but whatever.

i've started my solo career. the bands name is mega monster and it sounds like guitars and a 1987 yamaha keyboard through many different settings on an amp.

It is. At first I thought it would be harder to write songs because I didn't have anybody to bounce ideas off of, but since I have 100% controll of this project, I can make it sound like I want it to sound like... which is nice.

I've given up on bands. I can play quite a few instruments though, and can program electronic shite... and I have the software/hardware needed to record music.

If I want something done, any style of music, I do it the right way. Myself.

I bet that'S pretty itneresting. Though, where did you pick up the bass skills...I think, especially in death metal its perverted to play like all of the instruments, except for drums

I played bass in a 3 piece grind band called the orange vipers, we had 3 vocalists, a bassist a guitarist and a morraca player, only played one show in a coffee shop and got kicked out, we said we wanted five minutes for poetry reading ha.

I haven't had many good overall band experiences, so I don't try to start shit. I usually just jam with my brother(who is on same level guitar wise) and a drummer friend who is in too many bands..so i don't jam with him too often. Although, I think I should start an emo band with Dimejandro.
