i cant find shit anymore that works on kazaa or limewire. shit. also where can i find an outstanding laptop to record with?

do you need a mac to record with protools?

Protools requires more than just software. Protools LE is DAW based but is crappy.

heres kevin talleys advice:

you should get a mac powerbook or macpro with at least a 1.5 ghz processor and at least a gig of ram... this will be around 1800. Then get the pro tools M Box for about $350. This is a great transportable recording system.
