You're never going to get close to his tone, so just cancel that idea out.
Buy yourself a Peavey 6505+ and a noise gate and find your own tone from there.

get a line 6 and look for the "Dime" setting.
"Psycho Gangster"
And why exactly would I change my name to "Schmeagle"?

"Bukkake Tsunami". My two negro cats are fighting, the one missing a leg is winning.

Well, somebody says mxr dime distortion pedal, but that thing doesn't really do...guess that's the most overrrated dist pedal around, i mean, specially if u consider its price. That's really about yer budget, man...maybe a line 6 uber metal, a death metal distortion pedal, and a good tube amp (marshall js, mesaboogie f-50 or a f-100 head or krankestein), and u got all that u need...u have sooo many fuckin options to mess with...
besides that, a good guitar makes things alot easier...what about yours?

Absolutely true. Try to get your own sound.

Theres something about that sound, and that something is that you will never get close to it. Don't bother. Find your own sound.
