Help!!!!! getting new setup!
My old shitty amp just kicked the damn bucket and died. What kind of amp and pedal(s) would i need If i want the that old, nice cowboys from hell album distortion but also be able to get that "im coming to beat the living shit outa you" kind of distortion from Reinventing the Steel album? thx

Well, somebody says mxr dime distortion pedal, but that thing doesn't really do...guess that's the most overrrated dist pedal around, i mean, specially if u consider its price. That's really about yer budget, man...maybe a line 6 uber metal, a death metal distortion pedal, and a good tube amp (marshall js, mesaboogie f-50 or a f-100 head or krankestein), and u got all that u need...u have sooo many fuckin options to mess with...
besides that, a good guitar makes things alot easier...what about yours?
