decent mics and PA
I've been doing vocals for about a year now, and I have been looking into getting a mic and a half way decent pa. Can anyone reconmend some decent stuff and anything I'll need? kthxxbye

You mean a PA for shows?
Just get a decent mixer, power amp, some towers, a couple of subs and a couple monitors. Behringer makes alright stuff. Other shit gets pretty expensive pretty quickly. If you're doing a lot of metal stuff, amke sure you get at least 1000 watts on the power amp.

I'm going to be doing a musical project that I really can't classify, it's going to be heavily influenced by Converge, The Beatles, Acid Bath, and Pantera (I had to throw that in there, I'll have an undeniable groove going on). I don't know too much about voice amplification, so could you further elaborate on power amps and the such? Thanks pal buddy pal.
