Saw Tool last night.

It was good, no opener in a small venue. It only lasted an hour and 45 minutes which sucks for 70 dollar tickets, also they were charging 35 for shirts too. Maynard was wearing a cowboy outfit and came out front more than usual. He said to buy the new album because he needed gold plating for his land rover. During the encore they just sat in the front and the crowd was louder than I had ever heard. The setlist was:

The Patient
The Pot
Forty six and 2
sober
Jambi

Lateralus
Vicarious
Aenima

thats disgraceful. i like most of the songs they played but they should have given you more for your money. maynard is a fucking fruitloop.

Nah. I'm not really familiar with their music, so it wouldn't be worth the drive. Next Phoenix-area show I'll be going to is Slayer, in July.
