Pinch harmonic help!

the title give you an idea about what this is about :D
basically, i need to get the pinch harmonic technique to be able to complete the effect of songs by people like Pantera and Slayer and Chimaira.
how the bloody hell do you do pinch harmoincs!
please help! :D

dude if u cant Pinch harmonic how can you play any pantera songs in the first place?

by the way.

when you pick you want to angle your pic so it is almost horizontal with your thumb. as soon as you pick, follow with your thumb and hitting the string with the edge of your thumb. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

shud only take a day or two max.
