Just ordered this bulk box of D'Addario strings (25 sets) for $59.99 US.

Comes out to $2.40 a set!
I also finally ordered Speed Mechanics For Lead Guitar by Troy Stetina and a leatherman type guitar tool.

I dont think MF ships to the UK. Your best bet would to have a local D'Addario dealer order them for you.

Check out

I think that's right. It's a good site, cheap deals on D'Adarrio etc, it's what I use.

speaking of strings, what do you all recommend?
"The world I live in is one where I have five quarrels a day, each with someone who really takes me on over something; and if I can't get into an argument, I go looking for one, to make sure I trust my own arguments, to hone them."

I don't really think any of the big makes are particularly better than others. I like to change my strings fairly frequently anyway.
