Is anyone here a Charvel Serial # whiz?

Or can anyone point me to a site where i can find out what year and model my charvel is?

It is a bolt on, 22 frets, HSS config, Jackson p'ups and tuners, and has a pickup booster sort of preamp, Charvel Floyd, Sharkfin inlays.

I plugged it in last night and the bridge pickup would'nt get a full output in its full position. It sounded better with the middle/bridge position but it sounded like it had a blanket over the pickups. Changed the battery... Nothing.

So i put a DiMarzio Super Distortion in and it sounds as good as my Rich

Judging by your post... I'd say it's either an Epiphone Les Paul or Jackson RR1, i could be wrong though.
