Crate PowerBlock (4 1/2 pound head!)

Has anyone used this? It seems like it would be pretty cool to have since it's so small and cheap. I've always been looking for a more portable set up cause right now I have a peavey special 212 amp (which I might try to sell, and is a pain in the ass to bring around) with a carvin cab (forget the model haha)

You'll still have to lug around a cab, unless you're playing gigs where they'll let you plug right into the PA.

well my cabs pretty small (2 X 12), so the combo of the head and cab would be alot smaller than my amp.

if the 80 pound all tube crate amps don't sound good, then this 4.5 pound amp ain't gonna sound good.
