Metal-drum-amples needed!

Post by Rostislav »

Hi, guys! Really great site, really great Message Board, so glad that I found it!
So.... I play guitar since I was about 15 and in the last 4-5 years I am a lot into Meatall-music! I like to rock at home, but without drums it sounds a bit shitty! Can you give me some link to sites, where I could find Metal-drum samples/loops/however they are called!
I promise, when I find somethinf usefull, I'll try to record some ass-kicking tracks, so that I can blow your brains through the ears, motherfuckers! ;-)
Thanks in advance!

P.s. Sorry for the bad English, I live in Germany(a.k.a Idiotenland) since an yaer and I'm used to this silly german language!

You'll need a piece of recording software such as Cubase (which I assume you already have?!) and a software sampler such as Battery.

Google 'NS Kit' for some good free drum samples if you don't want to pay out for Drumkit From Hell or BFD.

Once you've got this, open battery as a VST channel/instrument in your software, load in the drum samples & click away in a piano roll.

Thats how I do it in a nutshell.. If it's just loops you want there is probably a simpler way.
