Ibanez Edge III bridge

Post by Kellan »

I've heard that the original Ibanez Edge trems were the shit, but the Edge II sucks ass. Is the Edge III any better?
I'm contemplating getting an RG320FM because it played and looked fucking awesome, but I want to know if the bridge is going to be as shitty as the one on my DX10D.
The way they had the bridge set up was completely retarded, with the bridge leaning back into the cavity, rather than flat/parallel with the body, so it was hard to judge how the action really would feel if the bridge was set up right, etc etc.
Anyone have any reviews or input on it?
Thanks.

I.M.O.-A real floyd is the way to go man.
But if you like how the guitar feels and plays, go for it.
Also there's a article on Ibanez guitars in the latest (M.O.P. Issue) guitar world mag, I don't play Ibanez but it was a good read.
