your silk smooth soulfly guitar has a draggy painted neck, I don't understand why you would just complain about it instead of fixing it??? sand paper.isn't that hard to figure out, you could.always just pay someone to do it for you if yer skerd...

I had all nitro sanded off the neck of my 57 reissue P bass because it would get sticky after playing for a while. Any finish on a neck is shit.

I agree. I finished a neck in tru-oil and it was still pretty bad. Bare necks are the way to go. You just have to finish them in tung oil. Linseed oil will darken the wood.
