Shred guitar playing.

This thread has made me realize what "shred" guitar playing is all about. This guy thinks he will become a legend when the shred crap he writes sounds like plain shit.
If you think that guys blows at guitar read into the thread and watch the guy's keyboard shred solos, its one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

good technique i guess, horrendous solo.
playing a bunch of exercises, scales and arpeggios and calling them a "solo" isn't a solo.
original style, following key changes and progressions or phrasing anyone?
i think this kid needs to stop listening to yngwie and slayer and maybe listen to a few songs by somone who can phrase and put emotion into their playing.
andy laroque comes to mind.
