Bass For Sale

Post by CliffandJason-BASS »

I know someone who is selling a Schecter 004 4-String Bass. he is looking to sell it for $450 obo. It is practically in brand new condition, only being used once live and at a few of his practices. he wants to sell this as quickly as possible so if you are interested check out the link below to check out reviews, specs, and pictures.

Make him an offer and this bass could be yours!

I merely said that because Schecter aren't "pieces of shit."
It's not that Fender makes bad guitars but they're so god damned orthodox.

I have a Jazz and a Stiletto. Very different instruments really. Sometimes its good to have an "orthodox" bass like a Fender because everyone knows what to expect. I play some roots-rock and Americana type of sideman gigs and the Fender is indispensable. That vintage sound is unmistakable.

In those groups where I'm a more creative force in the band as a whole, the modern sound of a Schecter is great. I wouldn't be able to play tight, electronic synth-bass type of lines or high-speed two-hands-on-the-fretboard flurries with the Fender; it's just too round and thumpy.

I love them both though. You can't go wrong with either one.
