1. No matter how many things I do to my hands to warm them up (run over warm water, stretch, rub them) they always seem to be too stiff.
2. It takes forever to get my guitars in tune and once they do, they go right back out of tune.

Lately it has been freezing here, and our rehearsal room is not heated. The guitar effects seem to act up, theres a delay between activating it and when it actually starts working. As a drummer I don't really mind the cold, after 2 songs im all warm again. Actually it's a little better than mid summer where you nearly die from the heat.
