I don't know anything about bass amps but it definately LOOKS cool and has alot of knobs.
Seriously, Carvin is a good brand.

I figure the 2x8 and the 15 witha tweeter will cover the sound spectrum quite nicely. I'm not sure what the output impedance of the extension line is, but I also have a 2x10 aluminum-coned cab that could work pretty well with that workhorse. 1000 watts may be a bit much though.

Added with my Peavey and my 2x10, I'm pretty much going to kill everything in my path. My Peavey will be demoted to "wet" amp, however.

You could always just save some time and get a 8x10, or a 4x10, 2 x 15, and THEN you'll kill everything in your path.

Well the Peavey is only 130 watts, so it's going to be my "effects-only" amp. My Hartke head is burnt out, so I had to get something else.
