The Great Southern Trendkill is DEPRESSING!

Post by HellAwaits »

This cd always gets me down cuz of its 3 slow songs: 10s, Suicide note Part 1 and Floods. Its so depressing. Anyone know what Phil and Dime were feeling when they wrote these songs?

actually the thing most depressing about this album was that it sucked compared to the 3 albums prior to it.

The only reason it's depressing is because when I listen to it, I know I'll never be capable of creating anything even half as beautiful as it.

Suicide note 1 and 2 are so fucking good, probably the mellowest and heaviest track that Pantera ever did

well its certainly a fucking whole lot better than that far beyond driven album. how many songs on far beyond driven suck ? gotta be atleast 7 that suck.
there's whole lot of shit songs, a few great ones and a few songs that suck for 80% of the song.

trendkill is heaps better, but i reckon cowboys, vulgar are still better.
