Ok so i play mostly death metal, and at the moment i have 2 speeds, fast, and faster, its really sucking ass, i just cant seem to focus to slow things down and get soem nice structure and build up to my songs rather then just hammering away at 200 bpm for every single riff. i get bored to easy when i try to play slow and have very little concentration.

Your abject stupidity disgusts me. 400bpm doesn't exist in practical terms. Playing 400 notes in a minute is not the same as playing at 400bpm. This may or may not be a relevant answer to your post... It's hard to tell as you seem to lack the ability to form even the most basic words and sentences.

beat in the sjr mp3 is roughly the same speed as teh tekno beat, but playd for real

you strip all teh Th notes out of you bit of paper, = 4steps to a bar, 350 +bpm exists

songs with electronic instruments has alot of power

your obviously playing 8th notes at 350BPM, which is also 175BPM using 16th notes, which is around the speed of most thrash bands you listed, therefore you need to stfu. because its same fucking thing.
