Problem with Loading Pages

Occasionally, after I post or click on a link to go to a certain page in a thread or whatever, I get a big list of HTML crap which begins with:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1" ?>
<!DOCTYPE html (View Source for full doctype...)>
- <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr">
- <head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Style-Type" content="text/css" />
<link rel="prev" href="viewtopic.php?t=596&view=previous" title="View previous topic" />
<link rel="next" href="viewtopic.php?t=596&view=next" title="View next topic" />
<link rel="up" href="viewforum.php?f=3" title="Musicians Corner" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=15" title="The Dimebag Memorial" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=1" title="General Pantera Discussion" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=2" title="Pantera Free Zone" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=5" title="The Photo and Video Gallery" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=3" title="Musicians Corner" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=11" title="The All Music Area" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=9" title="Concert and Tour Area" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=12" title="Pantera Side Projects" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=13" title="The Archives" />
<link rel="chapter forum" href="viewforum.php?f=8" title="Pantera.com and Panterachat.com Issues" />
<title>Panterachat :: View topic - pantera tribute band</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="templates/fiblack/fiblack.css" type="text/css" />

and so forth. It's fairly regular and it may just be my rather homosexual internet connection... but either way - Thought I'd let you's know.

I've been having this problem too, although it's more common for a page to stop loading half way down.
