It's so that users can have their own private board. Alfie would make a certain person on the board mod of that particular board, and the person who Alfie chooses can grant or deny access to whoever applies to it if they want to. Only the people accepted will be able to see the board. It's pretty useless.

No way, thats fucking awesome!! I'd make my own board and deny everyone else entrance. I'd be a badass.
