I'm looking for a good pickup combo for bridge/neck. Music123.com has the JB/Jazz set that looks pretty good. I play mainly Thrash and Death.

dimarzio air norton(neck) and tone zone (bridge, obviously  ) are one of the best combinations around.

you can never go wrong with the emg 81-85

wait that has a floyd, you need a trembucker (humbucker with coils spaced for special tremolos).

Anyway let me throw out some combination

Dimarzio:

PAF Pro neck and bridge

Tone Zone in the bridge, Air Norton in the neck

Evolution, bridge and neck

Seymour Duncan:

Distortion bridge and a 59 in the neck

Invader in the bridge and a jazz or 59 or pearly gates in the neck

JB in the bridge and 59 or jazz in the neck

I've heard this from alot of people. Where would the batteries go? In the back cavity?

that's called an F-Spaced bridge pickup. don't forget to get that aeon or the strings won't align with the magnets in the bridge pick up.

make sure you order the bridge pickup with f spacing, but if you get the x2n no worries but its gonna sound super high.

emg 81/85 are the way to go.
I haved used just about every seymore made and the distortions are good and but hum alittle. You can get them in their mayhem set for the right price.
the emg's are just awsome pickups. they are quiet, very clear, great harmonics.
all 4 of my guitars have emg's in them now.
Just my 2 cents
