That little portion of bit burn on the bottom will sand out with ease.

One from LMII, it has a template and an indexing pin as well so you are guaranteed accurate placement, these have to be accurate to 1/128"

While I can make an angled headstock, I think i am just going to do flat, fender or ernie ball style headstocks. The angled ones just have a lot more complications in the manufacturing process, like scarf jointing, then having to put a veneer over the scarf line. Flat one is just a lot easier to make. I think i'll even use a fender style nut slot.
