i need a little practice amp! i was thinking about buying one of those kits to do it but that would end up more expensive than just buying some old beat up piece of shit

You can still find them modded online for under 2 bills. Even some of the mods are monkey simple and cheap to do as the circuitry is straight forward. I'll post the web site on where you can get the mods.

Got the 2204 clone saturday night along with buying a fulltone fatboost and a way huge swollen pickle.

$145 for a 5 watt amp? am i missing something?

Can a Marshall MG15 be modded of higher gain? this thing is only about 60% of where I want it to be...so i hardly ever use it...

..and no, using OD pedals for boost is not a mod...I want this to be all amp...
