I read somewhere that those ads that have tear-off squares are unprofessional. I'm not really sure what I'd do if I needed band members. I'd probably go with the tear-off thing.

He was really a front figure like myself and had alot of say in the band, which was cool. But his latest idea for the band was too drastic, and called for a change I didn't feel/want anything to do with.
