I don't think Neurosis is worth $45. They're crazy overrated but I'd still like to see them once.

Not as interesting as last years. I'm down to see Exhorder, Exhumed, Impaled Nazarene. Neurosis is alright, their early stuff is way better than the current, but to headline a deathfest is a bit silly. They need bigger bands, and I foresee Exhorder pulling out.

I don't think Exhorder will drop out. They played Germany earlier this summer. They're back mostly full time.

I seem to recall they had a lot of the bigger bands announced around this time last year. There's still plenty of time though, so we'll see.

I've been checking out a lot of these bands recently, and they suck horribly.

Also, why is there so much fucking grindcore at a death metal festival? I know they can have their similarities, but grindcore and death metal are still pretty different. Mainly, grindcore sucks and death metal is pretty cool.

At this time last year they'd added a bunch of big names to the bill and it was already decided that it would be awesome. From September on, it seemed like most of the bands they added were just filler bands.

Right now, if I go to this at all it'll just be to see Neurosis, and I don't like them enough to pay $45 just for them. I knew they'd have a hard time topping last year's fest but god damn this is looking weak as fuck.

Same here dude. I just want to see Exhorder, Exhumed, Crippled Bastards, and Neurosis... At this point I'm not sure if it's even worth the 3 + hour drive. Unless all those bands are playing the same day or they add some more killer bands I'm pretty "Iffy" for next year.

I wouldn't say it's a terrible line-up. Just... not as awesome as the line-up last year was. I'd go for Neurosis, Last Days, Cretin, and Exhumed. But eh. I'd feel weird going to a fest with such a big line-up, only to see four bands.
