Roland 20x AMO W/COSM

I looking at one of these as an upgrade from my shitty 10watt practice amp rite now. I can get one for 185.00 brand new out the door. Im getting pretty serious about playing but my amp is holding me back bigtime. Now Of course I would Love a Tube amp but 1000-1500 is out of my price range for an amp rite now.
Or I could sell my MT-2 Distortion pedal (Great condition and has only been played for a few hours) and my Dimebag Wha Pedal (Also has only been played a handfull of times and looks and plays new) Also a blue conector and a 20ft Monster Cabel. 220.00 shipped to your door if anyones intrested. If not I might put it on Cs List or fleabay. Not sure yet.
Then I could come up with 500 but what could I get for 5 bills? Im not going any higher and thats only if I sell my gear. I would like your feedback.
