need a new pedal

my fourth Big Muff Pi shit the bed today. The Russians are really inconsistent with the wiring and durability with their product. The BMP's sound absolutely killer but burn out in a year or two with me. Why?

Anyway, I need a new pedal for my guitar. You guys know I play pretty much thrash metal with a little bit of death thrown in. I want a nice tight distortion, not much low end, but when I palm mute I want to feel it in my dick. Looking for something with a lot of mids and be able to scream out pinch harmonics like a little kid getting a candle rammed in his ass. the highs should be there but nothing special really. just something to carry out the harmonics. i'm a bass player before guitar so the first four string usually get the most lovin' from me

I like Metal Zone as far as standalone pedals go for distortion.

I've always liked a metal zone too, I used to have a modded one, but for overall sound I liked the digitech metal master the most. Even though they go through batteries like crazy.

screw a single pedal, get yourself a POD or a vamp2 (or 3) and enjoy the nice clean tones with effets and some decent metal chugalug tones all in one unit.

pedal distortion sucks.. it will always seem thin and make excessive noise. save your money and buy a 6505+, I don't even think you can fuck the sound up on one of those

Well I wanted to see how other settings sounded, maybe I'm missing something, FUCK I DON'T FUCKING KNOW. I have it sounding pretty sweet right now but it doesn't hurt to use some other settings, ya ass.

here's a video of me fucking around on my guitar with the new pedal, it's a new song that I got in the works. It's gonna be sexy. I suck at finding the hotspot for that pinch harmonic when I'm standing up. When I'm sitting down I can nail it just fine. I'm the master of upstroke pinch harmonics :hektik:
