Can anyone tell me how crowded these things get? I'm worred that I won't be able to see any of the bands over the sea of people.

Who cares about "seeing" the bands?

Sonar's a pretty small club. It hosts a lot of metal tours that come through Baltimore so it's not like you're in an open air arena or anything.

It gets rather crowded but it's manageable. Last year they started having a second stage outside (which is fucking awesome), so if the weather's good they'll probably do that again. Inside the stage is rather high so you'll be able to see the bands probably if it really matters to you, but it will be pretty crowded. The main acts were outside last year and it was definitely a better atmosphere

I haven't bought my tickets yet. More than likely I'll just be going Friday and Sunday. Saturday's lineup looks kinda

to me.

Sunday is going to be the best imo. Saturday Autopsy, Sodom, Blood duster, and I'll check out Fuck the facts they're an interesting band.

I wouldn't mind seeing Autopsy and Sodom but I'm not in a rush to do it. If I had more money I'd probably go, but with a limited budget I figure I'll just save the $40. Sunday is definitely going to rule, though

Shit.....that's a helluvalot more appealing right now than wading around with a bunch of degenerates for a couple of days listening to spotty sounding death metal sludge.
