same problems.. character limit/firefox/profile

alfie i'm sorry to bug you again but i know it's not something fucked up with my shit because i'm not the only one with an issue.
i've put up with it for a couple months and it's starting to annoy the shit out of me, especially the character limit. if i type something long i have to break it up over 3 posts, which is annoying for everyone involved. i can't do anything with my profile; i want to change my avatar (happy philcore?) and sig but it doesn't let me do a fucking thing. also, most of the time it doesn't allow me to post through firefox, only ie.. which is the devil.
please help!
*edit. yeah of course this fucking thread goes through properly.

uhh i don't know, i had to reinstall windows and start from scratch a couple weeks ago so i'm sure everything's up to date. whatever, post the new version and i'll try it. i'm sure it doesn't matter anyway, because i still have a limit when i use IE. it's this fucking site.
other people have issues and they're not stupid fucks at pc's like i am.. if that was the issue i'm sure they'd have figured that out.

Same shit here as well. You can use a proxy but...zzz
I also had a friend log into my account and post from their PC and there was no limit. I'm stumped.

I've decided its either my ISP or my router. Cause my IP changed when I moved but everything else is the same. And the same problems. I could run the line straight off my modem to see if thats the case but I dont feel like fucking with all these wires and shit.

For some reason when I got a new computer the problem went away, I still use the same modem, programs etc
