I would love to try Ted Weber's version of the Orange OR120 and the Fender Vibroverb.
Anyone ever make an amp from one of these companies?

Ive checked em out.
I am 80% sure, if you are a good solder slinger... These will beat up a real marshall or fender anyday with the right transformer. The transformer plays one of the biggest keys in your amps tone.
I think you dont hear of alot of people building these just because of the work and knowledge you need. But with a little research on the internet and connecting the dots you should have enough knowledge to build it,and build it safely

Check this page, http://www.stf-electronics.com/ they have a kit that comes with a step by step manual, you dont need to be an electronics guru to build it, and the final results are great, its aroud 300 bucks, and make sure to ask for the super charge kit, it gets you a cool distortion on the kit
