So this would be my third bass guitar, and im thinking on getting an Ibanez, but im not quite sure. I would like either an ICB200 or an EDA900. What would be better?

Spectors are good basses for metal.

What's your price range?

For a decent instrument that's dirt cheap ($200), I like the Peavey Millenium BXP basses.

well my price range would be 350-400, so yeah, i need a good bass to continue playing in college.

ok so then name a good bass to get then no matter the price range. i know spectors are good for metal and stuff like that, but how bout one thats pretty versatile. something that can play heavy yet go to a nice softer sound as well.
