is that a floyd rose bridge? is he using the digitech whammy II pedal? i hear a bit of digital delay and wah up in there... sounds killer(now remember that pinch harmonics and whammy bar dives are for phrasing, try not to solo off just one note now)

Just sounds like a lot of gain and delay. A whammy pedal has a pretty distinctive warble to it, especially on the upper octaves. If you pop a high harmonic on the high E string around the fourth fret, you get that super high-pitched G#. Grab the bar and bend it up and you get that really high-pitched woman squeal. Is that what you mean?
