So easy to play. I can play it over and over yet I can never dominate the e string the way i would like. Any good thoughts on e string practice in general?

I know its all downpick. My fingers just gets a little tired going from the chord to the e notes then back to the chords. I'm just curious to how other people play it without running out of gas on the end of it. I always seem to feel i need bigger fingers to play shit like this.

you don't HAVE to downpick it all you know. yeah, so it won't be like jaymzz plays it, but meh.

i've never heard anybody play this perfectly - it's definitely the hardest riff ever written.

good posture. back in the day when he wasn't alternate picking shit in concert and tuning everything down, he would wear shit on his arms to keep the wrists straight

It's like playing Sanitarium. Just like One is like Fade To Black is like Goodbye Blue Skies from Pink Floyd. Maybe I said that wrong.
