I love my seven-string Ibanez, but it's a hard-tail. I have a Schecter bass which is pretty awesome but never played their guitars.slay wrote:no? gay...

Yeah, I'll agree. I don't get anything from them other than one-day shipping because their warehouse is in KC.BassPhemy wrote:I've bought a lot of stuff off that site and they haven't sent me shit.
I'm beginning to think that you are an odd individual.Pfl?yd wrote:My Schecter Bass: a work of fucking art
I'm pissed that Dean Markley Randy Jackson gold strings don't come in five-string sets because they'd look awesome on this bass.

Yeah you can buy them. I've been thinking about getting one for a while but I don't think I'd have a practical use for it.slay wrote:wow 8 string ibanez rg.. this shit isnt on the market though?
get a price on it?The Doctor wrote:Yeah you can buy them. I've been thinking about getting one for a while but I don't think I'd have a practical use for it.slay wrote:wow 8 string ibanez rg.. this shit isnt on the market though?
Right now I have an ESP, and I'm getting a Dean soon
right on.. i think id like to play around with it.. but not buy it for 1400 dollieswarhead dime wrote:Yeah thats the one he just bought. He paid 1300 for it.
i ordered it man.. i hope im happy with itKellan wrote:I own a Schecter C-7 Blackjack and adore it. Plays incredible for the price and considering it's made in Korea. I just bought an LTD H-207 for cheap which I only really have good things to say about except for the pickups. But that's to be expected and it's an 80 dollar fix. Tuners leave something to be desired too but they're not bad. The pickups are duncan designed and they're clipping monsters. All the 7 string Ibanez's I've played, I've really liked.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of these companies. However I will say that you'll probably get more bang for your buck with Schecter. They just seem to be able to churn out more quality in their product for X amount of money. I spent 700 bucks on it and it plays better than the couple of SL-1's I've played, honestly.
Why not get a case? A gig bag is only slightly better than no case at all.slay wrote:well i just spent about 800 bucks.. the c-7 blackjack will be mine! and some shitty gig bag
pwnt
i better be satisfied
i dont transport my guitars that often.. and if im lucky it will fit in my rg's hardshell case if i think i need it.. the bags more or less so it doesent get scratched in my room.. plus the gig bag was alot cheaperBen wrote:Why not get a case?
