i bought this shit to clean my guitar fretboard, and i dont know how to use it. you take the lid off and it looks like you dab the bottle. but the fuzzy part is all dry. how do you put this shit on? i dont want to start fucking with it and break the so called "applicator"

Just turn it upside down and squeeze it to get the oil into the pad deal. Then dab it onto a rag and there you go.
