First off, i have a crate amp with an "effects loop" but it is only labed as insert.
i have 4 pedals,
wah
sustainer
compresser
and a loop station
i want the first three in the loop of the supressor(which i have) but i want the loop station in the effects loop, yet i dont know how to set it up correctly considering theres no return for the loop. Help?

yeah, on clean channels. Why not trash you peds and get one of those fancy effects bank thingys....Im a stupid drummer. OUr guitarist ran into the same thing, he has this thin box thing he just plugs into a dasiy chain of peds and life is good. Crate is pretty good. We all cant have the equipment Ludacris has. Jeah.

Well, what exactly is your problem? You're saying your amp's effect loop has only a return and not a send? What do you mean "insert"? And what model amp? The Loops Station has three inputs, and an output so tha can't be your problem. Details =
EDIT: What is the exact model?

It is a crate amp, it only has an "insert" plug. THis supposibly is the "send" for an FX loop. The problem is, im left with nowhere to "return"
I've heard of a Y-SPLIT cable but i am unclear how to use it?
I would show pictures but i don't know how to put them on here.

Just hook it into the input, genius. You obviously can't figure out an FX loop.

ya well genius if you read my initial post, the input is taken by the noise suppressor.
Guitar>suppresser-send>wah>sustainer>compresser-return>input of amp.

Yeah, you'd run your guitar through the pedals, and the output from your last pedal into the input of the amp. Idiot.

Surpressor, last thing in your chain. A splitter won't accomplish anything.

The point is i want the loop station by itself in the effects loop. Doing what you said accomplishes common sense. Idiot.

supressor isnt last in my chain just because the sustainer makes alot of noise by itself. if i put it through the loop of the supressor then it doesnt make noise. im not here to argue im here to seek help.

Well, it's kind of hard to visualize an effects loop on an amp with only a send and not a return. How many times do I have to ask what is the exact model?

Also, since you can't figure this out, please go ahead and stop playing music. The world will appreciate it.

Get a cable or splitter (stereo plug/mono female ends) along the lines of this...

You're right, they do sound pretty diseased. Grow up and stop playing shitty solid state amplifiers.
