Dude, I'm gonna cream myself. My friend is the lead guitarist and they need a bassist so he called me up, I'm going to jam some Pantera with them tomorrow and some Death and then we're gonna work on the songs. They have a deal with Roadrunner as soon as they have a complete lineup and then they go on tour, now I just need my court shit to work out! FUCK

thanks mojonation. My friend wouldn't ask me to try out if he didn't think I could play the part. I'm still nervous as fuck though, this is the oppurtunity of a lifetime and it all came with just a phonecall going "you know guitar hero...well that band The Breaking Wheel needs a bassist...". I'll tell you if i made it or not tomorrow. The only thing that kinda sucks is they tune to C# with the top string dropped a step or something crazy like that

I tried out, and I'm in the band. Learned a few of their songs, played One For The Road and The Breaking Wheel, and now I'm learning the six songs they have written, and then we'll start to write some more shit.
