If they fought who would win?
I`d say Rex. Phil talks too much things like "Im a real motherfucking street motherfucking fighter motherfucker!" but he really cant beat any goddamn one. Rex would kick his ass.

I seen Phil tackle Rex to the ground at the Down gig in Glasgow. Rex went down. He got back up quick though. Sturdy little fucker.

Well there would be no reason for them to fight, but I would have to say Phil would come out on top in that one. He's just bigger and stronger. Much more aggressive. He has probably has more expeience in fighting too. The only reason I have an opinion on this is because I love a good fight.
