On Dimes left leg he had a halford tattoo. Was this tattoo about rob halford or what?

dime got that tattoo because of halford's resurrection album (its says resurrection under halford right? i cant remember), he said at the time it came out there was nothing but crap music out, and was totally floored by the album. i remember seeing this on mtv2 years ago. and of course pat latchman was on guitar. say what you will about his vocal abilities but that guy can shred.
