The year was 1996. Phil`s voice had changed to a new pathetic level... BUT! In youtube I was watching videos and I found songs like A New Level and Mouth For War performed in Moline, Illinois. And Phil`s voice sounded fucking great! What???

He didn`t sound like a drug addicted idiot like he was in that time. Why? In those great videos he used clear vocals no blackmetal-shit.

So is the reason drugs? Could it be possible that Phil would have been out of drugs at that time?

Phil sounded alot better in the earlier days of Pantera.... but thats fucking normal isnt it? I mean the man is only human!

Regardless of whether his voice was better in 1990 than 2000, He still fucking rocked out and sounded good, i dont think hes ever sounded shit on any song/album hes ever been featured on.

Although he has made a fool of himself onstage a few times, but then again, if you were part of, onstage, and doing the vocals for the prime metal band of the nineties with legions of fans screaming your name and groupies waiting backstage to suck your dick off after every show, wouldnt you get fucked up on whiskey n weed and make a dick of yourself a few times? I fucking would!

Fuck yea i saw superjoint at L'mores in Brooklyn ('03 maybe?) but his vocals were fucking on key surprisingly

I saw them on their Trendkill tour and Phil was completely fucked up and it sounded better than ever.
