change the side projects forum to down forum

down seems to be the only side project from panter anybody cares about. Plus pantera don't really have any side projects anymore anyway since they are no longer a band.

Or change to a Nola bands page thing. That's all Phil/Rex is doing anymore.

Why does it matter so much what the forum is called? If you want to talk more about Down, then make more Down threads!
