Also, Metallica's Damage Inc. It would be difficult to reproduce live because it's like 7 tracks of bass, but it still sounds awesome.

Hibria - A lot of songs have some really cool towards-begining bass solos.
Necrophagist - Only Ash Remains
Alarum - Woven Imbalance (There's guitar initially but the bass does some cool arps), and Audio Synthesis is cool
Steely Dan - Glamour Profession (the whole bass line on that song is funky as fuck), Black Cow, Bad Sneakers, King of The World, Negative Girl (awesome bass lines in this song period), I'm sure there's plenty more from them.
