I have the seiko guitar and bass tuner ST-727, must say it is the best fuckin tuner ever... except this.

i've seen it before. i think, but im asking does this tuner allow you to tune down to say D# for every string and tune the strings to that set tuning? i cant fuckin find it out, im sure some of you have it. heres the pic.

p.s i just finally fucking figured out how to put a pic there. FUCKIN A

A tuner should just tell you when you're at a certain pitch, so as long as you know what tuning you want you should be able to set it right with your current one.

Use a metronome.

i don't know what youre talking about but theres an easy way to tune down with a chromatic tuner.
lets say you want to tune down the top E string to half step down (D#). fret the first fret and tune to E. do the same to every string.
if you want a full step (D), fret the 2nd fret and tune to E

I have that Boss stompbox tuner; best investment I've ever made. Everyone in my band uses it as well. Its like a little white whore.

I use a Korg DTR-1000 rack tuner, it can be seen from the other side of the stage and is looped in my rig, so I can check tuning mid song if need be. It can be set so flat reads standard also.

He's an 8 or 9 out of 10 on guitar, he's just playing with you.
